Vegetable milk should also be offered for breakfast. Unfortunately, there is nothing like that for vegans. At least one oat or soy milk should be on offer. Thus, with 12,50 euros, it was a very expensive breakfast for me. Dry bread roll and coffee without milk

The room was peaceful and had a modern design, featuring a balcony, twin beds, and even a refrigerator; overall, the service provided was top-notch.

Very friendly and obliging staff and a good swimming pool. Excellent location near the main railway station.

Room was a little bit hot as there was no airconditioning and the room rate at over 200 Euros seemed a little pricey. Probably my fault for booking late during the conference season.

The hotel is located directly at the main station. We did not take breakfast.

Unfortunately, there was only one key per room (not a key card but a real key) and with a 4-bed room this is a little problematic.

The staff was efficient. the hotel has a magnificent location close to the main Düsseldorf airport. - the rooms were air conditioned and of decent size. - the bed was very clean. - the hotel room amenities included storage and an iron.

The older gentleman working in the reception was so friendly and helpful when we arrived at night. The rooms were also very comfortable.

The staff in the morning however were most unhelpful. The woman was rude and condescending. For this reason I would not make a return trip to the hotel unfortunately.

This place is ideal for business travelers and it's conveniently located within walking distance of a restaurant called Kagaya, where one can enjoy lunch.

This is the worst hotel I had ever seen, I travelled in more than 11 countries and this is extremely the worst experience I ever had. The hotel does not have air condition.. The rooms are dirty. The hotel staff cheat people they charged me 100 euro for 10 minutes call. Before I mad the calls, I asked the reception about the cost per minute they said 2 euro and when I checked out they charged me 6 euro per minute. I was discussing with them with no results then I had to pay, the supervisor said sho did not know why the staff tolled me it is 2 euro per minute which was obviously cheating. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The hotel fails to live up to a 4 star standard. Rooms were very small with very limited facilities. No bar or restuarant and the internet access was "broken".The charge for breakfast was exhorbitant. I will go elsewhere when next in Dusseldorf.

The rooms here are brand new and come with a balcony, along with great facilities and a standard lamp, and the service we received was good.
